Our Wedding

The Long Game: From West Broad Street to "I Do"

September 1982. It was a crisp morning at West Broad Street Elementary in Mrs. Wasser’s AM kindergarten class where our story first began. Kevin wasn’t in that morning session for long, but those early schoolyard days set a stage that neither of us could have imagined. Little did Debbie know that the husky boy who moved from AM to PM kindergarten—the very same one who famously survived a "sneeze-with-no-tissues" crisis in Mrs. Monroe’s second-grade class—would one day become her husband. We spent the next 12 years navigating the Souderton Area School District together, from those first kindergarten cubbies all the way to high school graduation. Though life eventually took us in different directions, our story wasn't over. Years later, thanks to a chance Facebook group chat for our old elementary school class, we reconnected. What started at West Broad Street finally came home, proving that some of the best things in life are worth the decades-long wait.

As the bride’s daughter and best friend, Arianna takes on the role of Maid of Honor with more than a decade of shared memories, laughter, and love behind her. From being Mom’s "mini-me" to standing by her side as she starts this new chapter, Arianna is the ultimate witness to this beautiful journey. Expect to find her keeping Mom calm, leading the way down the aisle, and likely sharing a few laughs.

Is the wedding and reception indoor or outdoor?

Our ceremony and reception are weather-dependent. If conditions require a change, we’ll move between indoor and outdoor spaces at Joseph Ambler Inn and will notify guests on the day via signage and our wedding website. Please dress in layers and plan for both options.
